    This was an email I received from this company after being denied a loan and trying to get my earnest money back which took about 6 weeks. Are you kidding me? I am doing nothing wrong. I let you work this out with them so that they would give it back to you. I am the one who should be pissed at you but I am not. I wasted 90 dealing with your deal and your credit score dropped during the process which was no fault of mine to the point where you could not get a loan. Do I get paid? Not a dime? Have I ever said anything? Nothing. Most agents would be livid. And they would try to get paid somehow if you purchase that house directly from them after going through this debacle. But I TOLD YOU JUST TO DEAL WITH THEM. How about a thank you? Their agent gets nothing, I get nothing, you get to move into the house I found for you and you are saying you will hear from my lawyer? Don't say that. I will send your document to Greg, now that you have worked out a deal with them and they are happy or at least you tell me they are happy. Then you will get your money back.

    It was a pleasure working with Tammy Hutchinson. My husband and I were living and working in another city and trying to find a home. Tammy was always prompt and thorough with her communication. She graciously accommodated our unconventional schedules and was able to arrange multiple showings when we were in town as well as provide a few virtual tours for us when we were not able to be present. She was very knowledgeable of the market and professional in all of her negotiations; we always felt that she had our best interest at heart. After closing on our house, it was discovered that there was some damage done by the previous owners. Tammy and Alpine Realty Group went above and beyond to ensure that the damages were repaired. We highly recommend Tammy. We love our new home and are very grateful for her professionalism and friendliness.
